Conclusion: A Self-Protective Language System
That is how to read my pronoun page: as something that tells you about myself, while also starting boundaries early enough that people can avoid unintentional harm. The page is for general use, but it includes sensitive material because mental health, healing pace, consent, context, and identity all affect how language lands.
The page lets me explain what feels good, what is okay by habit, what is online-only, what is in-person, what is always welcome, what should be approached with caution, and what should never be brought up. It is a boundary card, identity card, and social instruction manual all at once. It does not replace human conversation, because after labels and terms, we are human and need to work things out socially. But it does give people the general principle, and I trust people’s ability to follow it.

Pronouns and words are separated between In-person, Online, or In-person/Online. In-person only infers that the term is not really for online (and vice-versa). Terms that are Okay are for terms you shouldn't go out of your way to refer to me with, but it's fine if you do by habit.
Avoid and Never are for words or conversation topics to either avoid (or approach with caution) or never talk about, respectively.
