A conversation between Myn and Interviewer.
Hey Myn. Are you feeling any better?
Yeah, I'm okay now, just a little sore and embarrassed.
Aven really didn't like me being in her room, especially since Niva asked me to get that red ledger back.
She got so mad she had to punish me right then.
I just wanted to find the book
I didn't mean to make her angry.
Red ledger? Did she mention what it was for?
Niva said the red cover had "properties" written on it, which is why she wanted me to retrieve it.
I just know it was important enough for Niva to insist I get it, even if I wasn't supposed to be in there.
Yeah. Well we know now to ask before entering. I’m glad she wasn’t too rough.
She’s strict with her rules, though. Just be careful.
I know, and I'm sorry I broke the rule.
It just feels so sad when things are hidden like that, especially when they might have a story to tell. I'll be more careful next time, I promise, but I still can't help wondering what's actually inside that red ledger.
I’m kinda curious now too.
It's just a book, but the way Niva described it made it feel like it held some kind of secret.
I don't know what "properties" means in that context, and Aven certainly won't tell us after what happened.
Maybe it's better we don't know for now, even if it's hard not to wonder.
Knowing Niva Sol, they might actually have properties. Well, their family at least…
I don't know anything about Niva's family having special properties, and I wasn't paying attention to that part when Niva told me to get the book.
I only focused on the red cover and the fact that Aven got so upset.
I'm just a collector of lost things, not a scholar of family secrets, so I don't know what you mean by that.
Of course, Myn. Well, I’m glad to see you’ve recovered a bit. Let me know if you ever need to talk.
Thank you. I appreciate you checking on me. It's strange how a simple book could cause so much trouble, but I guess some things are meant to stay hidden for a reason. I'll keep that in mind if I ever find something else that feels like it's trying to speak to me.
