How to Read This Page
You may ask, what are my pronouns? I created a Pronoun Page to answer just that question and many more.
A pronoun page is an online profile where someone can list pronouns, terms, names, flags, and any other custom set of words. The site includes a default legend (the page’s visual key: the colors and labels), or categories to tag those words, and I added my own mappings to create my own color-coded system.

A Virtual Girl.
Pronouns and words are separated between In-person, Online, or In-person/Online. In-person only infers that the term is not really for online (and vice-versa). Terms that are Okay are for terms you shouldn't go out of your way to refer to me with, but it's fine if you do by habit.
Avoid and Never are for words or conversation topics to either avoid (or approach with caution) or never talk about, respectively.

That page is for general audiences to understand me. The majority of the audiences viewing the page will be internet based, as I’d list “pronoun page” as an online profile, so viewers are likely online folk. I wouldn’t have as many cases of sharing it with in-person individuals, though I am writing about it in my newsletter so in-person people who read my newsletters now know more! If that’s you, hello, and I hope you learn a bit more about me as I explain my choices for my pronoun page.
My pronoun page ended up being a boundary card, identity card, and social instruction manual.
I don’t mind if everyone takes a look at it. Those who are in the know may get more out of it than people who are first encountering the idea of a pronoun page. But regardless, I trust in everyone’s ability to follow the general principle it puts forth. If you want to know more, I will cover many topics about the page. Let’s take a look at what we will learn:
It’s just telling you all about myself! Feel free to jump around. However, it does include more sensitive material. I put some extremely important trigger warnings on my pronoun page because, for mental health reasons, it’s important enough to me to start off boundaries. I’m very quickly coming out (visibly, publicly) that there are certain terms that a respectful individual would not refer to me as or joke around me with these terms or conversation topics.
Just knowing that people might know not to say these things is already a big help, even if they wouldn’t have wanted to say them anyway. Preventing unintentional accidents in conversations is a great reliever. Yes, I have to be vocal, and quite out there, but if they are people who respect me as a human, then it’s all the more worth it.
